You can cancel a completed reservation up to 24 hours before your booked time for a full refund, less any card processing fees.

We must first confirm all reservations against our Turo calendar for availability.
By submitting your email address in step 1, you consent to only receive:
1x reminder to complete your reservation request (if you don’t complete step 5).
1x quote from us based on your indicated needs within 24 hours (please check your spam folder too).
Completed reservation requests will only receive reservation pertinent emails from us.
WE DO NOT SELL YOUR RESERVATION INFORMATION OR SEND MARKETING EMAILS!
Note we are primarily a delivery service, as such we require a minimum of 4 hours advanced notice for you to book online.
Same day requests can only be serviced after 7pm pst on weekdays, and noon pst on weekends.
All reservations have a 2 rental day minimum charge.
Prices posted are PEAK ONLY (inclusive of taxes, etc.), and you will always pay less than posted rates.
We apply every available discount to your request and confirm availability before sending you a payment request with the final price based on your choices. Payment of this request creates the reservation.
Reservation requests will hold the vehicle from booking by others for a maximum of 4 hours unless payment is submitted and the reservation is created.
After 4 hours, the vehicle comes available to all again, but your quote is still valid unless a conflicting reservation is made by another party.
You can pick up from our base location in Fremont to avoid any delivery charges, but you are subject to a “one way trip fee” if the delivery and return locations do not match.
